Do you really take small jobs?
Yes. No job is too small. A few missing shingles, a single leak or one bad section of flashing are all worth a call. We do complete roofs too, and small repairs get the same care.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Call (231) 881-6303 or send the estimate form and we’ll set up a time to look at your roof.
What if my roof is leaking after hours or on a weekend?
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but emergency repairs are available after hours on request. Call (231) 881-6303 and tell us what’s going on.
What kinds of roofs do you work on?
All roof types, flat or steep: asphalt shingle, metal and rubber (EPDM). We also handle chimneys, skylights, ventilation, gutters, fascia and soffit.
What does “photos from start to finish” mean?
We photograph your job throughout the process: the old roof, the tear-off, the deck, the underlayment and flashing, and the finished roof. You get to see the work that ends up hidden under the shingles.
Why hand-nail instead of using a nail gun?
Setting every nail by hand gives us control over placement and depth. That means a proper installation and shingles that stay put when the wind comes off the lake.
